Home – LPCPS

Since 1976 the Livingston Police Combat Police Shoot has been building relationships between citizens and police officers in Livingston County.  From the days of Howell City hosting the event behind a local business to Brighton City beginning the relationship with LC&SA, the LPCPS has been an annual event.  The look of the LPCPS has changed over the years, as so has the appearance of our participants that have been here forty years :) but, the result is the same; get out and enjoy friendly competition.

From local retailers, to business owners, to elected officials the LPCPS has gained support and financial backing.  The LPCPS has donated tens of thousands of dollars to local Livingston County Charities over the its near forty-year existence.  From Gleaners Food Bank, to Big Brothers / Big Sisters, to Livingston County Salvation Army, to Shop With A Cop; we keep our donation dollars here in our county.

Generally speaking, we get participants from every agency that has jurisdiction within Livingston County.  The LPCPS helps to build networks with officers from each corner of the county, its citizens and business people.  From the Chief’s Challenge for the bosses, to the Three Gun Match for those wanting to push their limits, to the Spouse Match for those special people in our lives that want to have fun too!  The LPCPS has evolved into an anticipated event.

Welcome To Livingston Police Combat Pistol Shoot
